I wanted to call it rum drink alcohol because it feels a lot and gives a stronger taste the cream! =)
For creams:
- 4 egg yolks
- 80g sugar
- 30g starch
- 450ml milk
- a small vial of vanilla or a bag of vanilla
- cocoa powder
- a small vial aroma of rum
Work together with a whisk the egg yolks and sugar (better than palpable), add the sieved starch, and finally the little bottle of milk and rum flavoring.
Divide into two parts, half cream, add the cocoa powder.
back over the heat (in two different pans), stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Remove from heat once the cream is thickened and cool.
Place the chocolate cream into the glass and add some dark chocolate flakes, then pour the rest of the cream and garnish with cookies and sweets made by mixing a few tablespoons of sugar with little water and few drops of lemon juice and cooled in a sheet of baking paper.
Put the glass in the fridge and let it cool for a few hours .
Ps = I suggest you double the dose if you want to make 2 cups, as you can see from the photos because the cream is plentiful and when we do things need to be done good! ;)
