Ingredients for base:
- pistachio 100g flour 170g sugar
- 150g flour 00
- 4 eggs 1 tablespoon baking
Ingredients for cream:
- 4 egg yolks 80g sugar 30g
- starch
- 450ml milk
- a small vial of vanilla
- 200gr pistachio cream
Preparation: Boil the milk with the vanilla. Work the yolks and sugar, then add the starch and then the milk. Mix well to remove any lumps and bring back on the heat until it thickens. Allow to cool and add cream and pistachios.
Cut the base of the cake and spread a layer of cream, close and cover with the cream out.
