Ratatouille
Remember the advertisement a few months ago by Aldo John and James, who appointed the ratatouille? Well I have the curiosity to come =) so I peeked a few recipes on the internet and I immediately tried, really good recipe for the winter ..! Now the place so you can try it too!
Ingredients: 600g
breast 1 carrot 1 celery
3 zucchini Genoese
4 plum tomatoes
30g butter 50g parmesan broth
Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes about 3 cm.
Chop the onion, carrot and celery and wash the zucchini and cut into slices, peel and cut the tomatoes and then cut the shaved Parmesan.
Place all ingredients in a lightly buttered baking dish, add parsley and marjoram, salt and pepper. Sprinkle all with a cup of broth and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, remembering to stir often and add broth if it proves necessary.
